Topic: Family; Mosiah 4:14-15

"And ye will not suffer your children that they go hungry, or naked: neither will ye sufffer that they transgress the laws of God, and fight and quarrel one with another, and serve the devil . . . but ye will teach them to walk in the ways of truth and soberness; ye will teach them to love one another and to serve one another."

I like the word soberness. I think that it means to be alert. Many people think that it has common reference to drinking but I think that it also means that I am not lazy, not idle, and not dreamy. It means awareness, and sentitivity and concern.

True, but drinking often leads to sleep, lack of awareness, sentitivity, and concern.
