swaddling clothes, and laid him in a manger; because there was no room for them
in the inn.” (Luke 2:6-7)

born this day in the city of David a Saviour which is Christ the Lord.” Luke 2:
11)

found the stone rolled away from the sepulcher… Behold, two men stood by them
in shining garments. And as they were afraid, and bowed down their faces to the
earth, they said unto them, ‘Why seek ye the living among the dead? He is not here but is risen.’” (Luke 24:4-6)
The reality of
these few words recorded in Luke has had a greater impact on the world than any
other event since the creation of the world.
