We believe in being honest, true, chaste, benevolent, virtuous, and in doing good to all men; in deed, we may say that we follow the admonition of Paul ... if there is anything virtuous, lovely, or of good report or praiseworthy, we seek after these things.

Topic: Change; Hebrews 7:11-12

"If therefore prefection were by the Levitical priesthood, (for under it the people received the law,) what further need was there that another priest should rise after the order of Meichisedec, and not be called after the order of Aaron? For the priesthood being changd, there is made of necessity a change also of the law,"

God does not change but for our sakes and for the progression of the plan of salvation it is sometimes necessity to change the law. I think that's what it means.
