We believe in being honest, true, chaste, benevolent, virtuous, and in doing good to all men; in deed, we may say that we follow the admonition of Paul ... if there is anything virtuous, lovely, or of good report or praiseworthy, we seek after these things.

Be patient

Is it possible that David knew me when he wrote, “Rest in the Lord, and wait patiently for him; fret not thyself …”  (Psalms 37:7)
In my youth I was so patient, but time is short now and I want things to happen instantly. A year seem like forever to me. I try to slow things down with denial. It can’t be Christmas again all ready. No, it can’t be time for school to be out, or to start again, but it is. Time marches on with or without my approval and many things are left undone due to my procrastination. Blessings come and prayers are answered, in the Lord’s time and in due time, but five or six years seems like a lifetime to me.
