We believe in being honest, true, chaste, benevolent, virtuous, and in doing good to all men; in deed, we may say that we follow the admonition of Paul ... if there is anything virtuous, lovely, or of good report or praiseworthy, we seek after these things.

Ask if you do not understand

“If ye cannot understand it is because ye ask not.” (2 Nephi 32:4)  “Receive the Holy Ghost. It will show unto you all things what ye should do.”  (2 Nephi32:6) "If any of you lack wisdom, let him ask of God that giveth to all men liberally, and upbraideth not; and it shall be given him." (James 1:5)

Father in Heaven knew that you would face challenges and be required to make some decisions that would be beyond your own ability to decide correctly. In His plan of happiness He included a provision for you to receive help with such challenges and decisions during your mortal life. That assistance will come to you through the Holy Ghost as spiritual guidance. It is consistently for your peace and happiness. Elder Richard G. Scott
